NHTI – Concord’s Community College

Jessica Lin Hardiman competed for the NHTI women's basketball program from 2008 to 2012, finishing her four-year career with 1,510 points and earning numerous individual honors.

Hardiman was named Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) Player of the Year during the 2010-11 season and earned All-Conference recognition in 2011-12. She served as team captain during her junior and senior seasons and was also recognized as NHTI Female Athlete of the Year.

Beyond the basketball court, Hardiman was actively involved in campus life, serving on Student Senate and the Campus Activities Board. She graduated from NHTI with an associate degree in Early Childhood Education in 2012 and earned a certificate in Sport Management in 2013. She later received a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Granite State College in 2016.

Hardiman credits NHTI Athletic Hall of Fame members Shelley Winters (2021) and Paul Hogan (2020) as influential mentors throughout her time at NHTI. Her connection to the college continued after graduation when she returned to serve as Game Management Coordinator. She also carries a family connection to Lynx Athletics, as her father previously coached women's basketball and volleyball at NHTI.
