CONCORD, N.H. – NHTI Men's Basketball will conclude its preseason schedule Thursday evening when it hosts Colby-Sawyer College in an exhibition matchup at the Dr. Goldie Crocker Wellness Center. Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.

The Lynx enter Thursday's contest following four preseason matchups over the past week, including three home scrimmages and an exhibition on the road.

NHTI opened its preseason competition Saturday, Oct. 24, with a pair of scrimmages against Busche Academy, earning a 55-54 victory over Busche Academy 2 before falling 72-61 to Busche Academy 1. The Lynx returned to action Sunday, Oct. 25, defeating Roxbury Community College 71-70 in another closely contested scrimmage.

In its most recent outing, NHTI traveled to Vermont State University Johnson on Tuesday, Oct. 27, falling 82-73 in exhibition play. Calvin Godbolt (Springfield, Mass.) led the Lynx with 17 points and four assists, while sophomore captain Jordan Roode (Pittsfield, N.H.) added 16 points, including three 3-pointers. Jeremiah Ikpasa (New London, Conn.) contributed 14 points and five rebounds.

Godbolt has also led NHTI offensively in each of its last two outings, scoring 18 points in Sunday's victory over Roxbury before adding 17 against VTSU Johnson.

None of the results or statistics from NHTI's preseason scrimmages and exhibitions count toward its official season record or statistics.

Thursday's matchup with Colby-Sawyer will serve as NHTI's final opportunity for preseason competition before the start of its regular-season schedule. As an exhibition, the contest will not count toward the Lynx's official record or season statistics.

Following Thursday's exhibition, NHTI will open its regular season Saturday, Oct. 31, when it travels to Herkimer County Community College in Herkimer, N.Y. Tipoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
