CONCORD, N.H. – NHTI Men's Basketball continues its preseason schedule Tuesday evening, traveling to Johnson, Vermont, for a 5 p.m. exhibition against Vermont State University Johnson at Carter Varsity Gymnasium.

The Lynx enter Tuesday's matchup following a busy weekend that featured three scrimmages in two days at the Dr. Goldie Crocker Wellness Center, finishing with two wins and one loss.

NHTI opened Saturday (Oct. 24) with a narrow 55-54 victory over Busche Academy 2 before falling to Busche Academy 1, 72-61, later that afternoon. The Lynx returned to action Sunday (Oct. 25), defeating Roxbury Community College, 71-70, in another one-point contest.

Sunday's victory came down to the final seconds, with Jamar Gregory-Alleyne (Manchester, N.H.) converting a putback following two offensive rebounds on NHTI's final possession to give the Lynx a 71-70 advantage with 4.5 seconds remaining. Roxbury's half-court attempt on its final possession missed wide, securing NHTI's second scrimmage victory of the weekend.

Calvin Godbolt (Springfield, Mass.) led NHTI with 18 points in Sunday's win, shooting 7-for-10 from the field, while David Nicolas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) added 10 points. The Lynx also received eight points from Linc Vanderhost (Nashua, N.H.) and seven rebounds from Jeremiah Ikpasa (New London, Conn.).

All preseason scrimmage and exhibition results and statistics are excluded from NHTI's official season record, which remains 0-0.

Tuesday's meeting with Vermont State Johnson marks another opportunity for NHTI to prepare for its upcoming regular season. The two programs have no previous countable meetings listed in NHTI's online series history.

Tonight's game will be streamed live on VTSU Johnson's Hudl.

Following Tuesday's matchup, NHTI returns home Thursday, Oct. 29, for its final scheduled preseason matchup, an exhibition, against Colby-Sawyer College at 6 p.m. at the Dr. Goldie Crocker Wellness Center.

The Lynx officially open the 2026-27 season Saturday, Oct. 31, traveling to Herkimer County Community College for a 1 p.m. non-conference contest.
