HENNIKER, N.H. — NHTI extended its undefeated season with a dominant 7–0 win over Albany College of Pharmacy on Sunday afternoon at New England College.
The Lynx wasted no time taking control, scoring five times in the opening half. Alyviah Blad opened the scoring with a sensational goal from outside the box in the 8th minute, and Piper Flood doubled the lead less than two minutes later off a feed from Kayla Amyot. Darci Stone added another in the 13th minute before Adrienne Dorr made it 4–0 midway through the first half. Leah Davignon capped the early surge with a 39th-minute strike, again assisted by Amyot.
Dorr completed her hat trick in the second half, striking twice more in the 48th and 65th minutes, both assisted by Eva LaValley.
Lynx goalkeeper Hailey Knight earned the clean sheet with four saves as NHTI improved to 9–0 overall and 8–0 in conference play.
"The team came out today and played hard against a very competitive Albany squad," said Head Coach Heidi Crockett. "Our defensive unit did a terrific job limiting Albany to just seven shots. It was a great showing from start to finish for the NHTI women's soccer team."
The Lynx return home to host Southern Maine CC on Wednesday, October 15th at 4:00 PM.
