CONCORD, N.H. - NHTI Volleyball looks to continue its unbeaten start to the 2026 season Saturday morning when the Lynx travel to Boston for an 11 a.m. matchup with Bunker Hill Community College at the Health and Wellness Center.

NHTI enters the match 3-0 overall and 1-0 in Yankee Small College Conference play after opening the season with three consecutive straight-set victories. The Lynx most recently defeated Southern Maine Community College, 3-0, Thursday night in their home and conference opener.

The 3-0 start is NHTI's best since 2017, with the Lynx yet to drop a set through their first nine sets of the season.

Sophomore captain Brooke Kelly (Nottingham, N.H.) led NHTI against Southern Maine with eight kills, 17 assists, and five service aces while contributing four total blocks. Brooke Hurlbert (Franklin, N.H.) recorded a team-high 12 digs, while Ashlynn Williams (Greenfield, N.H.) was part of six blocks as the Lynx continued to create pressure defensively at the net.

NHTI finished Thursday's victory with 10 service aces, 40 digs, and 19 block assists as a team.

Saturday will mark the third all-time meeting between NHTI and Bunker Hill, with the series tied at one victory apiece. The Lynx won the first matchup, 3-1, in Boston in 2017 before the Bulldogs earned a five-set victory in the most recent meeting on Sept. 10, 2024.

In that matchup, NHTI fell behind after dropping the opening set, 25-14, before responding with consecutive 25-19 and 25-21 victories. Bunker Hill forced a deciding fifth set with a 25-18 win in the fourth before taking the final frame, 15-9.

Bunker Hill opened its 2026 season Thursday against York County Community College. A result from the matchup was not available at the time of publication.

First serve between the Lynx and Bulldogs is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday in Boston.
