Toni Bailon returns to NHTI VB for her third season in 2025. This is the second year as the program’s head coach. She assisted Brett Sayer for the 2023 Lynx season. The Lynx have appeared in the final four for the past 3 seasons, and Coach Toni hopes to lead the 2025 squad to a championship title.
Coach Toni is also involved in NH club coaching for USA Volleyball. She was a part of the social media and coaching staff for Meraki Volleyball Club located in Bedford, NH, where she achieved 1 gold and 2 silver medals with her 14s regional team at NERVA tournaments this past season. She also earned two bronze medals at Rhode Island Rumble and NIKE Winterfest with the 15-1 Northeast teams in 2023 while assisting Kim Barron. She will coach for NE Storm Volleyball club in Concord, NH after the season ends for the Lynx.
Toni has been playing volleyball for 25+ years. She grew up in Manchester, NH where she was a 4 year varsity player at Manchester Memorial. She led the team in digs as the school’s first Libero (2008) and earned her role as co-captain and MVP her senior year. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Rivier University where she played as a defensive specialist for the Raiders (NCAA D-III) under Coach Kolek.
She currently resides and works in Concord, NH with her boyfriend Andrew and two dogs, Mollie and Willow.
