CONCORD, N.H. — NHTI Athletics is excited to announce the addition of five coaches who will join the department for the 2026-27 academic year. The group brings a wide range of coaching experience, competitive success, and a shared commitment to supporting student-athletes both on and off the field. Four members of the incoming coaching class are also NHTI alumni, returning to help lead the programs that helped shape their own athletic careers.
At NHTI, we're more than just teammates; we're a village, we're a family, and there's nothing better than welcoming Lynx back home to NHTI. We are especially proud that all three of our new head coaches, along with one assistant coach, are returning to their alma mater as members of the Lynx coaching staff.
Dylan Tuttle
Head Coed Track & Field Coach
Tuttle rejoins the Lynx after serving as the Head Women's Track & Field Coach at Prospect Mountain High School and as a certified official with the New Hampshire Track & Field Officials Association. A former NHTI student-athlete, NHIAA Division III Pole Vault Champion, and YSCC All-Conference cross country athlete, Dylan brings valuable coaching experience, technical expertise, and a passion for helping student-athletes grow both on and off the track
Ryan Rothdiener
Head Coed Golf Coach
Rothdiener returns home to NHTI as a proud Lynx alumnus and Hall of Fame inductee. His passion for the game, commitment to student-athlete development, and strong connection to the Lynx tradition make him an outstanding leader for our golf program. We look forward to seeing Ryan build on the program's success while mentoring the next generation of Lynx golfers.
Brad DeGaetano
Head Women's Soccer Coach
DeGaetano returns to lead the Lynx after a lifelong commitment to the game as both a player and coach. A former NHTI men's soccer student-athlete, Brad has developed players through his work with Seacoast United and numerous youth soccer camps across New England. His passion for player development and leadership, combined with his experience as an assistant coach during last season's 14-2-1 campaign that culminated in a USCAA National Championship runner-up finish, makes him a tremendous addition as he leads the future of the Lynx women's soccer program.
Rhiana DeCosta
Assistant Volleyball Coach
DeCosta, a proud Lynx alumna, is returning to bring her passion and commitment to developing student-athletes back to her alma mater. Her firsthand experience as a Lynx, combined with her enthusiasm for mentoring and fostering a positive team culture, will be a tremendous asset to our volleyball program.
Jillana Lagle
Assistant Softball Coach
Lagle joins the Lynx family as an accomplished coach and former standout student-athlete at Becker College. She was named the 2024 Division II Assistant Coach of the Year and earned Division IV First Team All-State honors during her playing career. Jillana brings more than a decade of travel softball experience, along with exceptional energy, leadership, and a passion for helping student-athletes reach their full potential.

Their dedication to student-athlete success will strengthen our programs both in competition and in the classroom, and we look forward to the positive impact each will have on our campus community.
